Lucky is his name and lucky is what he is! Lucky OOHS could help him out on hi search for a good home. Lucky is about 1 years old and has spent most of that time on a chain. For this reason, he is somewhat more developed in his front end than his rear. A little skinny, we are helping him get into the shape he needs to be in. He is a friendly guy who is desperate for attention. You can tell he has not had much human interaction lately. He initially jumped and jumped and jumped for attention, but after just one day and a little cheese he is sitting for attention and doing great. He has spent the nights in his crate and was a real gentleman, minimal fuss and then to sleep.  He has spent time in the house supervised and settled down nicely. The cats walked right by with minimal interest. Lucky is a smart gut who quickly understood he should not put his paws a table. He will really improve in leaps and bounds now that he realizes he will have human interaction on a regular basis and there is no need to act like a spaz to get it! He will let you take trats away and listens to your every word. Lucky does have a slightly deformed left front paw, but is does not affect his mobility at all. It just looks a little crooked and bigger than the other paw. He is ready to play with the other dogs, but since he just had his surgery we are waiting. Meanwhile he looks longingly through the fence at them wagging his little tail and hoping he gets to join in soon.
